Palak Paneer

Ingredients:

  1. Paneer 250G Cut one inch quips
  2. Palak 600G Boil &fine paste
  3. Onion 200G Fine chopped
  4. Garlic 050G Fine chopped
  5. G.chilly 2tsp Fine chopped
  6. Red Chili Powder 1tsp
  7. Clarified Butter 100g
  8. Coriander Powder 1tsp
  9. Jeera Powder 1tsp
  10. Kasturi methe 1tsp
  11. Clarified Butter 100G
  12. Jeera 1tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Cream 50 g

Preparation
Heat 100g Ghee In a Kadai. And add jeera shout for a minute and add chopped garlic g.chilly and onion one by one shout till Golden Browne then next add the palak paste ant all spices and cook on a slow flame for a five minute. . Finally add the sliced paneer and cream cook for a feve minutes. Salt to taste
Serve hot Indian bread
