Ingredients:
- Paneer 250G Cut one inch quips
- Green peas 150g Boiled
- Onion 200G Fine chopped
- Tomato 200G Fine chopped
- Ginger Garlic 050G Make Fine paste
- kaju 050G Make Fine paste
- Red Chili Powder 1tsp
- Bay Leaf 2no
- Cloves 3no
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Clarified Butter 100g
- Coriander Powder 1tsp
- Jeera Powder 1tsp
- Kasturi methe 1tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Heat 100g Ghee In a Kadai. And add all whole spices& chopped onion shout till Golden Browne then next add the ginger garlic paste and cook on a slow flame for a ten seconds. Add the Kaju paste& spices and cook on a slow flame Add the tomato and kasturi methe fry again for a few seconds. Finally add the sliced paneer and green peas and cook for a few minutes. Salt to taste
Serve hot Indian bread
