Paneer Mutter

Ingredients:

  1. Paneer 250G Cut one inch quips
  2. Green peas 150g Boiled
  3. Onion 200G Fine chopped
  4. Tomato 200G Fine chopped
  5. Ginger Garlic 050G Make Fine paste
  6. kaju 050G Make Fine paste
  7. Red Chili Powder 1tsp
  8. Bay Leaf 2no
  9. Cloves 3no
  10. Cinnamon 1 piece
  11. Clarified Butter 100g
  12. Coriander Powder 1tsp
  13. Jeera Powder 1tsp
  14. Kasturi methe 1tsp
  15. Salt to taste
    Preparation
    Heat 100g Ghee In a Kadai. And add all whole spices& chopped onion shout till Golden Browne then next add the ginger garlic paste and cook on a slow flame for a ten seconds. Add the Kaju paste& spices and cook on a slow flame Add the tomato and kasturi methe fry again for a few seconds. Finally add the sliced paneer and green peas and cook for a few minutes. Salt to taste
    Serve hot Indian bread
