ALOO RECIPES

Aloo Simlamirch
Serve - 5 Time - 30 minutes

Ingredients
POTATO 1kg
KASTURI METHI 2g
CAPSICUM 300g
SALT To taste
GINGER GARLIC PASTE 25g
CORIANDER PAUWTER 5g
TOMATO200g
TARMERIC PAUWTER3g
ONIAN250g
JEERA PAUWTER5g
WHOL GARAM MASALA2g
GARAM MASALAPAUWTER2g
OIL 100g
CORIANDER LEAVES To Garnish
MIRCH PAUWTERTo taste
Preparation;
1 Peel and cut Potato 1 inch Pieces And Bail Keep It aside 2,AndCutCapsicum Into
1 inch pieces,3 Tomato Cut1/8 pieces, Onion chapping Heat 100g Oil in a Kadai.
And add Than whole Garam Masala Sauté for A minutes, Add Onion chapping and Sauté
Golden brawn4,Add Capsicum and tomato and All Dry Powder cook 2 minutes and
Add Bail Potato and Sauté more 2minutes And serve hot Indian bread

PREPARETION;
Feel and cut potato intos mall cupes
And boil keep a Side .Heat 200g oil in
a kadai and add fresh methi Leave to fry
for a minutes and add jeera andonion
Soute for 2to3 minutes and add g.g paste
and add all dry pauwter spaices soute a
minutes and add potato Soute more 2
minutes salt to taste

Paneer Mutter

Ingredients:

  1. Paneer 250G Cut one inch quips
  2. Green peas 150g Boiled
  3. Onion 200G Fine chopped
  4. Tomato 200G Fine chopped
  5. Ginger Garlic 050G Make Fine paste
  6. kaju 050G Make Fine paste
  7. Red Chili Powder 1tsp
  8. Bay Leaf 2no
  9. Cloves 3no
  10. Cinnamon 1 piece
  11. Clarified Butter 100g
  12. Coriander Powder 1tsp
  13. Jeera Powder 1tsp
  14. Kasturi methe 1tsp
  15. Salt to taste
    Preparation
    Heat 100g Ghee In a Kadai. And add all whole spices& chopped onion shout till Golden Browne then next add the ginger garlic paste and cook on a slow flame for a ten seconds. Add the Kaju paste& spices and cook on a slow flame Add the tomato and kasturi methe fry again for a few seconds. Finally add the sliced paneer and green peas and cook for a few minutes. Salt to taste
    Serve hot Indian bread

Palak Paneer

Ingredients:

  1. Paneer 250G Cut one inch quips
  2. Palak 600G Boil &fine paste
  3. Onion 200G Fine chopped
  4. Garlic 050G Fine chopped
  5. G.chilly 2tsp Fine chopped
  6. Red Chili Powder 1tsp
  7. Clarified Butter 100g
  8. Coriander Powder 1tsp
  9. Jeera Powder 1tsp
  10. Kasturi methe 1tsp
  11. Clarified Butter 100G
  12. Jeera 1tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Cream 50 g

Preparation
Heat 100g Ghee In a Kadai. And add jeera shout for a minute and add chopped garlic g.chilly and onion one by one shout till Golden Browne then next add the palak paste ant all spices and cook on a slow flame for a five minute. . Finally add the sliced paneer and cream cook for a feve minutes. Salt to taste
Serve hot Indian bread

Kadai paneer

Ingredients:

1. Paneer 250G Cut one inch quips
2. Capsicum 150G Cut one inch quips
3. Onion 100G Cut one inch quips
4. Onion 200G Fine chopped
5. Tomato 200G Fine chopped
6. Ginger Garlic 050G Make Fine paste
7. Red Chili Powder 1tsp
8. Bay Leaf 2no
9. Cloves 3no
10.Cinnamon 1 piece
11. Clarified Butter 100g
12. Coriander Powder 1tsp
13. Jeera Powder 1tsp
14. Kasturi methe 1tsp
15. Salt to taste

Preparation
Heat 100g Ghee In a Kadai. And add all whole spices& chopped onion shout till Golden Browne then next add the ginger garlic paste and cook on a slow flame for a ten seconds. Add the quips capsicum, onion & spices and cook on a slow flame Add the tomato and kasturi methe fry again for a few seconds. Finally add the sliced paneer and cook for a few minutes. Salt to taste
Serve hot with Indian bread(s)
